- Specific description and reproduction steps if it is a technical issue.
- Screenshots only if they do not contain sensitive, institutional, operational or third-party information.
Do not send passwords, access codes, institutional credentials, badge numbers, victim data, third-party data, sensitive locations or police/operational information.
3. Report abuse, content or user
To report shared content, abuse, impersonation, harassment, spam, unauthorized data publication or misuse of Canvis/Social, contact support with the subject Abuse report. If the issue affects an in-app connection, first use the internal report, block or remove connection options when available.
4. App Store and Google Play review
This page is public, HTTPS and does not require login. Demo credentials for review must be provided in App Store Connect or Play Console, not on this public website.
